The 2019 growing season began with spring weather that was quite chilly and rather dry but did not cause any adverse effects on bud burst and vine development of the various grape varieties. During the vines’ growth cycle, hot climatic conditions were accompanied by optimal temperature swings between day and night, typical in Pirque, that enhanced varietal aromas and allowed tannins to reachoptimal maturity.
Each individual vineyard block was fermented separately to enhance the wine’s supple, elegant tannins. After racking, the wine was transferred into French oak barriques where malolactic fermentation and aging took place. The wine was then blended and bottled.

Reserva de Propiedad is cherry red in color. Captivating on the nose with spicy notes and fresh fruity aromas especially plums. The supple palate is defined by sensations of fruit, toast, and coffee. A gentle, pleasant wine that delivers velvety tannins.

The 2018 growing season was dominated by mild temperatures and sunny, breezy weather. Timing of the harvest progressed normally, and grapes were picked by hand during the month of April. This year’s relatively cool climate encouraged the development of soft tannins with great elegance.

Reserva de Propiedad is a rich red color with violet highlights. Its nose is impressive for spicy and herbal notes that blend with fruity sensations of fresh strawberries and plums. The palate offers hints of tobacco with light, smokey and spicy aromas. Reserva de Propiedad is a wine that fully expresses the place of origin of its fruit.

The 2017 vintage was characterized by windy conditions and by temperatures which, on the whole, were warmer than historical seasonal averages. The harvest was carried out two weeks earlier than usual in order to maintain freshness in the grapes. The picking, entirely by hand, took place between the second week of Mach and the first week of April. The climatic conditions, generally warm, gave the wines intensely fruity aromas, very ripe tannins, and a finish which was quite supple and pleasurable.
The various vineyard plots were fermented separately to fully bring out the suppleness and elegance of the tannins. After being run off its skins, the wine went into small French oak barrels, 60 gallons in size, where the malolactic fermentation and the aging took place before the wine was blended and bottled.

The Reserva de Propiedad 2017 offers an intense red color. The nose is striking for its black fruit character and its hints of toasted tobacco along together sensations of fresh herbs, the typical aromas of the Maipo Valley. The palate is fresh and soft with a pleasurable finish characterized by hints of mint and, once again, fresh herbs.

The 2016 vintage was characterized by below average temperatures which lasted all the way through the ripening phase, giving the grapes smooth and elegant tannins along with a fine balance between freshness and alcoholic warmth.
The individual vineyard plots were fermented separately to maximize the suppleness and elegance of the tannins and texture of the wine. After being run off its skins, the wine went into small oak barrels where it was put through a complete malolactic fermentation and aged before being blended and bottled.

The wine is presented in an intense red in color. The nose expresses red berry fruit and cherries, then tobacco followed by fresh notes of mint along with herbaceous sensations, the characteristics of the Maipo Andes Valley as a zone. The palate is soft and balanced, the finish persistent and tasty.
